Pinching is the main technique for the works on this page, but some pieces are wheel thrown.
The teapot is part pinch, part press-mould. It is formed by using a basket as support, in the way the very first pots were thought to have been produced.
The handle was formed quickly using some lengths of Akebia quinata, which I grow in my garden.
Below are individual bowls formed mainly by pinching, and some porcelain Yunomi, made on the wheel.
I sometimes have some Tableware items For Sale.
Please Contact Me if there is anything you would like to buy. This Coffee Can is available and I shall post others soon.
